"Well I had no hot water in the first 2 rooms after the second time I ask them to make sure it had hot water as I was fed up goin back and forward . U also have to pay for the parking . And not to mention the gym is tiny and very limited "

"Checked in for 1 night to go to the NEC which is fairly close. Staff were really helpful and friendly, had a good meal there that evening and the breakfast the next day was good."

"Our stay was very relaxing, luckily the weather helped with this. I would recommend booking the superior room for the stay very spacious and clean. Bathroom was a bit outdated, but didn’t bother us. Staff are very friendly, welcoming and accommodating which were more important. Had known you can take golf lessons, I would have booked this to explore this further, as they have a golf shop on site."
