All staff were extremely friendly & helpful, particularly Bruno & the two girls on reception in late afternoon of 24th Oct 25. Room was excellent, bed was very comfortable. Acceptionally good hotel.

One night business stay - second time of booking here. The hotel feels safe as a single, female traveller. Lovely staff, clean & comfortable rooms & a good breakfast (lots of options, but I cant resist making my own waffles!)

The room was clean and updated. I found the staff to be relatively helpful and pleasant. The free car park was about a five minute walk, but it had plenty of spaces and was in a quiet neighborhood. Overall, I'd stay here again.

Nice place

Hotel has good comfy beds and a range of pillows. Checked the gym but didn't use. It looks well stocked. Nice breakfast with fruit and yoghurt as well as the usual. Scrambled eggs pretty flavourless.

Very good stayed to visit family, only thing we weren't happy with were the pillows which were a bit flat and breakfast went cold quickly as plates were cold, otherwise we will stay again 😊

Great stay! Super clean and comfortable

Hotel is new, fresh and clean. The staff were friendly and gave all information needed. The room was just what we needed. A big comfy bed. A big TV and a nice bathroom. The rooms were clean and homely. I really liked the artwork. I would stay here again and would recommend. The only thing I would say is the showers are not very powerful or it wasn’t in our room but it wasn’t a big deal.

Overall nice hotel

Nice hotel, fully refurnished. Clean room/bathroom, well thought of in terms of space/amenities. Good lighting (which is not always the case in hotels!). The only negative is the overbed table provided instead of a table in the room. Also, the hotel parking gets full really quickly. Would use again!

Not good place to stay

Dirty towels in a bathroom. For check in we had to wait round 30 min, till staff finish servicing at bar. Breakfast was very poor quality, coffee and juice awful taste. People from outside were wandering round a breakfast area feeling their plastic boxes with food and then leaving the premises, they ignored what staff member was telling them

The hotel is very modern, bright and clean. All the staff we encountered were excellent, very courteous and helpful. Our room was comfortable and clean with excellent facilities. Breakfast was first class with a good selection of items, including healthy options.

Handig hotel als doorreis locatie. Niet om vakantie te vieren. Omgeving is om 18:00 al dicht en alles op zondag. Beter eten voor goed vlees en meer bij Miller en Carter in Hinkley. Volk wat er woont is oud en rommelig. Omringende plaatsen zijn allemaal oud en goor. Het volk zit in crisis en hoop dronken mensen op pleinen. Wij waren er voor hoovercraft en kart ervaringen. Dat was geweldig. Voor de rest niet veel te doen.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hampton by Hilton. They were very accommodating and provided us with a travel cot. It was our first time staying at a hotel with our baby and we had a great sleep for the first time in ages! We booked a king room and received a super king bed, bonus.

New property so still very spacious and clean. Reception/dining/bar area very well presented. We ordered some glasses of wine which turned out to be very expensive. The breakfast buffet which was included in the price was very good.
