"Breakfast was excellent value and good portions, off road parking but fills with customers to the club especially on an evening. No food or drink allowed in rooms which was disappointing as you have to go down to a very busy bar to get refreshments and isn’t ideal if your chilled in your room after a long day out and you just want to relax watching TV with a nice cup of coffee, but that isn’t possible as no kettle is provided in your room. "Peaceful stay in a clean and tidy environment "

"Stayed at Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Coventry and honestly it does not live up to its 4 star rating. The outside looks quite run down and the area is just a busy residential street. Reception is decent, but after that things go downhill. Me and my friend booked together but were put on completely different floors. The lift system is inconvenient as you can only go down from your floor, not up. Hallways are very dated and feel unkempt. The room was basic, no complimentary water, and the bed was too soft and uncomfortable. I could also hear the lift all night which made it hard to sleep. The bathroom looked surface clean but the details were not. Discoloured sealant made it feel unhygienic. WiFi was very poor, I had to use mobile data, and there were no plugs near the bed which was frustrating. Breakfast was standard but the staff there were lovely. Only real positive is the location near the station. Overall I would say this is more of a 2 to 3 star hotel, not 4 at ALL!!"

"No bar and restaurant which was advised after booking but before check in. Tv not working (despite looking brand new), phone in room not working, WiFi terrible but a lovely setting. Just felt a bit odd with no amenities. Just ordered a food delivery and had an early night… wish I’d taken a book to read!"
