"It was not a good experience at all this visit as the radiator in my room had water leaking out from it informed reception they came to my room turned off the radiator and offered to change my room I was so tired I just said no as I was very tired and went to bed no further communication from the hotel"

"Hotel guest parking at the rear through barrier (though barrier was up when I arrived and up when I left. Entrance to reception also at rear. Fuss free check in, first floor room in typical Greene King style. Reasonably clean and tidy with everything set out for single guest (only 2 pillows, 2 tea bags, 2 milk sachets....) Tiny bathroom, good job heating was off or using the toilet could have led to burnt leg. Surprisingly quiet during the night right up to 6am when all the early birds were getting up and clattering around (typically I hadn.t got an early start). Again typical Greene King cooked breakfast; adquate rather than generous or excellent. Staff were pleasant. Overall quite good for what I paid. Not in my top 5 for the area but on the occasions Premier Inn want £130 a night I'd stay here again at half the price."

"M6 Services Hotel Breakfast on Service Station on opposite carriageway. WiFi - dont know, wasnt told about it. Staff very friendly. Room was up to date and clean - no charging ports by beds. Digital check in process was a bit excessive. Charged Parking at £5 for 1 night."

"Was told that I should use their Hampton Honours app to get the best rates. If ever I found cheaper they would beat it by 25%. It was all lies! First time I went to use the app, I found it much cheaper elsewhere. 1 hour 15min of phone calls later, I find it extremely ironic that the app is called Honours.... because they don't, and they have non! Dealing with their customer service was disappointing. I had to explain the whole scenario 5 times. I wasn't given a satisfactory explanation as why they wouldn't honor what they had said. I was looking to book 4 rooms for 3 night's. Throughout the year I probably need 250-350 nights in hotel rooms for my company. Well they will not be at any Hilton!"

"Excellent value for money. Communication and access was easy - remember to message for code to lockbox. Parking was great with loads of secure space out the back. This place has been recently done up with a nice finish. Everything was really clean including bathroom, bed and kitchenette (except the grey thing on top of the bed had some stains). Bed was really comfy and fresh. Location wise it was perfect for what i needed as it was close to the arena and near a lot of shops. Only downside was the noise. Outside was a busy road which cannot be helped. Inside however, anyone coming up the stairs or unlocking door was very loud and could be clearly heard. Had some late arrivers and early risers which disturbed my sleep. Would recommend ear plugs. Overall great value, great accommodation and good location. "
