"Checked in late security saw me, was a proper gent. Ordered food around midnight and he brought it up to my room for the driver at the gate. "

"Really clean, spacious and loads of plug sockets which was great. Kitchen was perfect for what we needed and car park out the back was very convenient. We walked to Coventry Arena close by, through the big Tesco round the back and found other shops too - incredibly handy would definitely go back. Met the owner and he was really nice, and asked if there was anything he could do - really lovely service. Easily 5*."

"Our stay at the hotel was really nice friendly staff when we checked in and out, room nice and clean, my only issue was the carpark, we clicked on the hotel link for directions which took us to the carpark infront of the hotel (carpark D), when we checked in, we were told we should be in carpark A, but we had already used up our free 30mins in that carpark so would work out to be the same price if we moved our car, so stayed where we were, the QR code system didnt work for the parking in this...
