중간에 클럽라운지 추가해서 지냈는데 기회된다면 호캉스 예정이라면 꼭 추가하길 바랍니다
근데 체크인후 룸사용시 룸과 화장실 중간 슬라이드 문 고장으로 인해서 조치를 취하는데 대응이 적절하지 않게 느껴졌어요
오후 늦게 8시 넘어 체크인하고 피곤한상태로 씻으려구하다가 고장발견하고 얘기한건데 10~20분 수리해도 되지 않으면 빨리 룸교체 해주는게 맞다고 봐요
계속 수리팀은 수리하려구 하는데 되지도 않고 짐도 다 못풀고 씻지도 못하고 피곤한데 시간은 한시간 가량 흐르고
제가 요청해서 룸교체를 받아서 그제서야 쉴수있게되었는데 그런일이 생기면 신속하게 대응해주시길 바랍니다
레이트체크아웃 2시간 요청해서 받았지만 조금은 아쉬운점이 남아 남겨요
그외 조식이며 룸상태며 수영장. 클럽라운지 모두 만족스러워요"

Got our breakfast coffee made by Mr. Huy Thắng, very appreciate with the care by the staffs here. We love here so much that we extended our stay for another 2 days. The only thing need to be improved is the restaurant here is a little pricey for dinner and didn’t have much choices, had to go out for dinner. Other than that, we are really love this...

Seul bémols, indépendant de l'hôtel: comportement honteux de la part du personnel du golf. Personnel très désagréable et prix exorbitant pour les étrangers. "
"Zalige cruise met leuke activiteiten! Mooi en nieuw interieur. Vriendelijk personeel! Een onvergetelijke ervaring! Het personeel regelde voor ons ook vervoer naar onze volgende stop: Cat ba Island, omdat de cruise heel dicht bij het eiland stopte. Zo hoefden we niet met de transfer terug naar Tuan Chau. Als we dan toch 1 opmerking moeten geven, is het dat de drankjes aan de dure kant zijn in vergelijking met andere locaties die we deden in Vietnam. "
