The transfer process was easy to arrange but be aware that a member of staff will contact you via WhatsApp so you’ll need internet access a day or two beforehand. "The cruise and staff were wonderful. The pickup and drop off to Hanoi hotel is an extra $50, but I believe this is normal. Be advised though, stock up on water and drinks ahead of time, as all drinks, even water, is an additional cost once on board. Food (which was good) is included, but no beverages, not even water (which was a surprise), are included. "
