"The resort was formally Premier which is good to know, as most drivers can’t find it. It has changed hands after covid and some of the buildings need to be bought up to new code so a lot of vacancies The staff and facilities are fantastic, especially for families The food was good too"

"Can’t fault the cruise or the staff who were brilliant.. But if you get up early to marvel at the views of a world UNESCO heritage site your going to be extremely disappointed and annoyed to see a HUGE amount of floating rubbish deposited by boats of all kinds including the boats that brought you there..!! We did see one small boat attempting to clean up some rubbish with a small net with very little impact. Please Vietnam look after your UNESCO site a lot better than you are."

"DeLaSea is better than what I expected. The room is clean and well-planned. We book a room with sea view which is higher up on the building. The breakfast is top-notched with a wide variety of food to choose from. The hotel personals are very service-minded and helpful. I will come back to this hotel again if you ever come back to Ha Long bay again."

"Allt var riktigt bra. Däremot önskar jag att andra gäster kunde ta hänsyn till hygien vad gäller att hosta i armvecket för att undvika smitta, speciellt i restaurangen, samt att childrens club personalen inte släppte in barn med tydliga tecken ögoninflammation (som för övrigt är väldigt smittsamt). "Overall a good experience and quality. Quite expensive to be Vietnam but it also includes food and activities. We participated in three activities and all places were very crowded. So the activities could have been better but the view from the room is amazing. The service overall is good and the food was tasty."
