"Staff was great, let me check in 3 hours earlier because my room was ready. My 3rd hotel in Korea and this was the cleanest one. Very happy, The street was full of restaurants in walking distance. Only thing i couldn’t work out until day 2 was the aircon remote was inter grade with TV remote Thank you Cream hotel for a wonderful stay"

"The staff were courteous, the rooms were clean, and the stay was comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located, close to a subway station, and has a convenience store and some restaurants nearby."

"다음날 동대문 근처 일정 때문에 방문했는데 시장이나 종묘랑 가까워서 접근성 아주 좋음. 객실 들어가자마자 침대도 크고 깔끔하게 잘 정돈되어 있어서 첫인상부터 합격. 방에 컴퓨터도 있어서 웹서핑 하기도 편하고, tv로 영화감상 가능. 침대 바로 옆 탁자에서 야식 즐기기에도 동선이 딱 좋음. 화장실도 금 간 곳 없이 엄청 깨끗하게 관리되어 있어서 머무는 내내 쾌적했음. 2층 셀프바에서 추가 수건, 생수, 와인잔, 충전기까지 필요한 것들 셀프로 챙길 수 있는 게 좋았음. 직원 안 부르고 직접 하는 방식이라 개인적으로 훨씬 편했고 쉬는데 필요한 건 다 갖춰져 있어서 만족함."
