Daily housekeeping excellent customer service, received very warm welcome from reception stuff, location was not bad with lots of restaurants and shops around and easy access transportation.very clean hotel.

First choice for family travel

This is the second time staying at the hotel. I like that the room is big, neat and clean. The staff are very friendly. There are also have some limousine buses directly to Incheon Airport.

I’ve lived in korea for 5 years and while this is a Lovehotel style it felt very safe, clean and good value. Room was nice, located just off the main road and was better than I expected. I brought my daughter and wife and they were both happy. Good value for money for Seoul. We stayed at Alotte world hotel the rest of our stay so this was a great value for the first night the night we arrived

1. Ground coffee machine with complimentary coffee for all tastes (available 24 hours a day)，very good. 2. The website states that you can check in at 4:30 p.m., but when I called the hotel, I was told that it costs 10,000 won to check in early. When I arrived at the hotel, it was 4:00 p.m., and I was able to stay at the hotel with humanized quality service without asking for a fee, which was very good, but I hope that the hotel can improve the quality and check in earlier because other hotels are available at 3:00 p.m.

Decent hotel with not good service.

The condition of the hotel is in fair condition. However the staff in front desk specifically the lady pretending not understand English and keep saying there's no reservations, not sure if the owner of the hotel knows her working attitude.

This hotel was definitely not what we expected. We only stayed one night so it was ok but if I had to stay longer I probably wouldn’t have. The hotel is a little outdated, room smelled of moth balls, and had raid as one of the amenities which was questionable to me.

KSPO DOMEでのコンサートを観に行く際の宿泊でしたのでオリンピック公園駅に楽に行ける事、金浦空港から乗り換えなしで行き来出来る路線なのが条件でした。実際、リーズナブルなお値段よりも価値のある宿泊が出来ました。基本的に綺麗できちんと人がフロントに常にいて、建物が管理されている印象(時間によっては人がいなくて対応してもらえないホテルもあるので)。室内に準備されたコップに落ちていない汚れがあった以外は快適に過ごせました(完璧を求めたら価格帯を変えれば良い)。
