Nice room. Extremely nice staff. Right in the middle of a lot of restaurants, bars, coffee and pastry shops. Right down the street from massive mall. Definitely would stay here again. Amazing value.

Nice little room. Not much of a view out the window, but great room and amazing rainfall shower head in the bathroom. All light controls, tv, and ac are available while laying in bed.

This room type where I stayed was huge. People are kind, good services, and has valet parking. The sheets are very clean, I'd like to stay another time later.

It's a small well equipped well maintained hotel with very helpful staff . The surrounding area is full of small hotels and restaurants which includes coffee bean, Starbucks and multiple Korean and a Vietnamese restaurant. A few small blocks away from Seokchon lake and Lotte tower and world. The room They gave me was An upgrade with very big TV and kings bed with a nice walk in shower . A very nice hotel with a fair price considering the location and quite safe. Oh and they even ran after me and gave me an umbrella when I went out because it started drizzling a bit. Highly recommended!

Nothing fancy, simple. Meets all essentila needs for business trip. Breakfast is not a breakfast, 1/2 of sandwich and a pack of fruit juice. Good Korean restuarants near by.

아이와 함께 롯데월드 여행에 매우 훌륭한 호텔입니다

다섯살 아이와 함께 할머니 할아버지까지 네명 묵었습니다. 시설도 굉장히 청결하고 방 인테리어, 벽 색도 하나하나 신경을 많이 쓰신 티가 났어요. 화장실도 넓고 깨끗하고 아이와 함께 지내기 정말 좋았습니다. 직원분들도 굉장히 친절하시고 단순 알바생 같지 않은 프로페셔널한 느낌이 많아서 인상적이었습니다. 마지막 날 체크아웃 하기 전에 수영장도 이용했는데 아이가 엄청 좋아했어요! 동네 골목 자체는 약간 그옛날 모텔촌 느낌이 나서 처음엔 걱정스러웠지만 호텔 자체는 너무너무 좋았습니다👍 주차장도 여유롭진 않지만 직원분들이 다 발렛 해주셔서 크게 신경쓰이진 않았습니다. 아이와 함께 롯데월드 롯데타워 여행하면서 호텔에서까지 좋은 추억 만들 수 있게되어 행복했습니다.

エクスペディアではバスタブの写真があったのに、当日はない部屋に案内されました。 エクスペディアの間違いみたいですが、残念でした。 シャワーは仕切りがないので、バスルームはびしょ濡れです。 あとは、エアコンのリモコンパットが壊れていました。 また滞在したいと思えなかったです、、。
