"I recently stayed at the hotel Aloft Cancun and had a genuinely great experience from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, the staff specifically the hotel manager Mario made me feel valued right away. Everyone I interacted with was professional, friendly, and quick to help with any questions. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was especially cozy, and I appreciated the small details like fresh linens, well-stocked toiletries, and a quiet atmosphere that made it easy to relax. Housekeeping clearly takes pride in their work. The location was another big plus — convenient to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions, while still feeling peaceful and safe. The amenities were well-maintained, and everything functioned exactly as it should. Overall, the Aloft delivered excellent value for the price. I would absolutely stay here again and would confidently recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service."

"It was all great , very attentive staff and friendly. We had everything we needed at all times. Breakfast buffet was very good, had everything you could want. There will be a line to enter. Pool servers were busy but always asking if we needed anything. Plan on early rising if you want to claim a prime sun lounger. Towels start appearing on the lounges around 730. Restaurants were good, but there is room for improvement. King bed was very comfortable. Linens and towels are good quality. Ocean view was fantastic. "
