"The rooms could use updating. Staff friendly. The gym could use some more cardio equipment and updating. They were rusty and only 3 working treadmills. We did not have an ocean view."

"I have visited Cancun numerous times and have experienced a variety of resorts, but I cannot recommend this hotel enough. It has been, by far, the best experience I have had in Cancun. The rooms are clean and spacious, and our suite had a beautiful view of the beach. The food was excellent at both restaurants, and the private beach is absolutely beautiful. The amenities are wonderful, but what truly makes this hotel remarkable is the staff and their exceptional customer service. Everyone was genuinely kind and attentive, and they truly made our stay an amazing experience. We will definitely be coming back."

"Great resort for families! The food is better than some other resorts we have been to, and the customer service was very good. We went as a group of 10 and the resort was really good about accommodating us at restaurants and there were large larger tables in the buffet area. There was a great recreation team that supported beach volleyball, aqua size and other activities. Easy to take the bus to and from downtown. A huge highlight, which I know may not be for some is that they have a really great gym and training facility. Would highly recommend this resort to other people."

"The room was super nice and big, the beds were extremely comfortable. The food was good specially himitzu (asian restaurant). The beach water was clear. The one thing that was unfortunate was the fact that the pools were small and not deep at all. They were all for kids. "
