The hotel is really nice luxurious the staff all them where really nice the hotel has lots of activities everyday I highly recommend this 10 star for me

Este hotel nos salvo la vida despues de una mala experiencia en el hotel del lado de la misma cadena (krystal cancun) yo si le aʼnadiria mas opciones al buffet y a las bebidas alcoholicas...despues de las 11pm no hay nada q hacer y solo roomservice disponible, la atencion muy buena,limpio y el area de playa y piscina muy buena,micho sonido en ls habitaciones es lo malo y el aire acondicio ado muy pobre
We had the beach view suite the view was amazing the drinks were watered down we had to walk to 7 eleven to buy our drinks the food was ok the wait staff had they good days and bad defiantly not enough staff
Our stay was great. From the minute we walked in everyone was nice and helpful. Janer was our concierge and was helpful throughout our stay. He booked our dinner reservations and let us know what activities were taking place. Dining was great and the beach was clean. Will definitely be going back!

Pros: Beautiful views, corner room with ocean view was beautiful, and staff was very accommodating. Great location, in the middle of everything but at the same time, the hotel gave a resort feel for the moments you just want to stay on the resort and relax.
Cons: AC did not get cold in the room, however, the fan made up for it. Food options were not great at all. Breakfast was good and the hibachi restaurant was great but that's about it!
First of all on arrival we were sent to a room that was not on the picture and had to pay an extra$260 to get the upgrade. We then were given a ticket for a shared cabana and when we found it were told that we were on the wrong one even tho it was the correct number. We then had to move to another area. Staff were constantly trying to make us buy off the main menu when it was supposed to be an all inclusive. We were upgraded to the main restaurant for our inconvenience however still bombarded with waiters for us to purchase from the main paid menu. We did not know what we were eating and it was disgusting. We also ate in dark.My partner then became violently sick so spend all night ill. We had to have someone up to the room to deal with the overly blasting air conditioning so they had to deliver blankets it was a total gong show. There was bird fecies on and in the swim up pool adults only infinite where people put their hands. Apart from the view of the ocean Save yourself 1000s and go somwehre else this was atrocious for what was supposes to be a special romantic night!!!!!!!!!!!
Music was so loud could not sleep well each night at the party deck. Room was so hot that we could not cool off once in the room. Could not relax in the room. We were always desperate to leave the room and be outside where at least it was breezy. The room was horribly hot because of the a/c not working. The maintenance people could not fix the issue or get us transferred to another room. Desserts were mainly gelatin/jello in each dessert and even the cheesecake was terrible. Do not recommend! Will update if i am refunded!!
