"What can be said about the Beach Place Guesthouses? Cozy! After the big corporate dwellings in Orlando, this was definitely a quiet, relaxing place to wind our vacation down. Private beach access and the ability to make our own meals in the kitchen were priceless. We grilled steaks(and veggie burger patties) right on the beach! Staff was kind and gave you a full explanation of all you had available to you. This is home away from home, truly. Ran by people who have an artistic quality...

"The owner of the property met us as soon as we pulled up to show us a better parking spot, introduce us to his adorable well behaved dogs " Blue was my favorite" and to get us familiar with what the property had to offer. Beautiful little ranch. With two beautiful horses. Our cottage was very quaint and spotless with Roku TV and Netflix which was nice. There was also other nice touches like in room coffee, water, mini muffins and yogurt in the mini fridge. I will definitely plan a future...
