"Room was clean, balcony sliding door was difficult to open. Complimentary drinks were a bit watery the snacks were ok, and the breakfast was par. I did enjoy the quesadilla I ordered was tasty. Overall not bad."

"The perfect location in Downtown Miami. The Metromover is right around the corner. Easy access to the cruises, South Beach and airport. Clean room, love the idea of controlling everything from an iPad. Staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in and out was extremely fast! The rooftop view is a must especially for sunset lovers! Love the gym, especially the treadmill and that tiny oasis out there. I highly recommend this place to everyone! :)"

"The room was clean, the staff very helpful, and the hotel is convenienyly close to AA check-in. The restaurant on the top floor is another matter. The staff is not being managed correctly, the servers are dividing customers up themselves, and if the server in front of you is not yours, you don't get service! This is probably due to the fact that an 18% gratuity is added to every check and bar tab, so there is no incentive to do the job well."
