"Been staying here for the last 5 years. Great hotel, clean amazing service. Only issue is their beds and pillows. The pillows are quite literally flat with no support and the mattress itself had me and my wife with back pain from the little support it had left. Another thing: I wish they would have more security at the beach area is for our hotel because every time we have stayed in Loews and stayed at the beach there have been people who do not belong to the hotel sit next to me and my wife on the loungers and it’s absolutely ridiculous when we are paying customers who also have to pay for where we stay. They need to have some sort of wristbands."

"This hotel was a very convenient and pleasant place to stay while traveling through Miami International. The breakfast was excellent, and I highly recommend it for anyone needing easy airport access, especially since the shuttle runs 24 hours a day. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming."

"Great Hotel for a Post-Cruise Stay! The Grayson Hotel in downtown Miami was the perfect stop after a long cruise. The location was incredibly convenient and within easy walking distance of the Port of Miami, which made getting off the ship and settling in very easy. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the amenities were amazing. The pool and views were definitely highlights—we could have easily spent the whole day relaxing there. The hotel also puts you within walking distance of plenty of great restaurants, bars, and the lively energy of downtown Miami. For the location, atmosphere, service, and overall experience, I thought the price was very reasonable. It was exactly what we needed after a long cruise, and we would absolutely stay at the Grayson again!"
