"Stayed there for a nice and it was great. Don't buy the dumb reviews that it’s dirty and run down, its not. I like the hotel overall. The parking is expensive no matter what even city lot is high. But the valet is STUPID! Paying more to have some guy drive it across the street where you can see it. Then you have to wait for staff to sell the next fool on paying for it rather than go get my car so i can leave. I came down with heartburn at 1am and they don't sell anything from the front desk so i had to go find tums at 2AM when they are technically for sale onsite. That pissed me off because even basic hotels have a store attached to the front desk without the “resort fee” Walked to my car hoping the gate would open, it does not. You need a special key from valet boy for that but he's busy selling someone else on this pointless service."

"Customer service was stellar. Also loved the room setup suite. Complimentary breakfast was a plus and the food was good. Another bonus is there is a complimentary shuttle from and to the airport. Will definitely stay again!"
