"The beach and pool area were fabulous. High energy Miami style DJ all day outside. There was a pretty huge leak situation in the dining room which detracted from our first impression of the property. The breakfast was good and the staff was very nice."

"I was very disappointed with my stay. I am handicapped and was unable to carry my luggage. Since the elevator was out of service, I expected the staff to offer assistance, but no one did. Instead, the front desk clerk simply told me I would have to get to my room “the best way I know how.” The broken elevator caused a significant inconvenience, especially given my disability, yet no one offered an apology, assistance, or any form of compensation.
