"Looks very thrown together and not welcoming."

"Clean, quiet and very relaxing"

"Im always very comfortable at Citizen M It’s my favorite boutique hotel in South Beach"

"The check in was quick. The receptionist was pleasant and efficient. The room was clean and spacious. It just don’t have the stand thing for the luggage. The pool was nice. The bartender was very accommodating. It’s just a little complicated to find the pool. The noise was uncontrollable because our room was near the road and a bar/resto. We requested for a top floor quiet room but unfortunately we did not get it. Overall, it was good."

"La ubicación, instalaciones y servicios son excelentes 👌"

"Staying at Esmé was a great experience. From the great service of the front desk, followed by Jimmy taking us in a tour of the hotel and to our beautiful room, the breakfast and coffee was delicious, the bikes were a great way to see South Beach and ride to the north and south side (a most do). We will definitely come back to visit Esmé."

"Balcony view was fantastic!"

"Staff was very attentive. The restaurant was nice to have within the hotel as well."

"The location of the property was excellent. Located among many restaurants and happenings. The room was not the cleanest. Had to tidy up bathroom and some areas of the room."

"We had a great time , staff super nice and helpful, great vacations."

"Close to the beach"
