"We are a party of four. Our cruiseship arrived in the morning and we disembarked at 10:30 am. When we arrived at the hotel to check in, we were expecting to just check in our luggages until the 3:00 pm check in time. To our surprise, there was a room ready for us so we were able to drop our luggages into the room and then, we were able to go out in peace knowing that we could stay out and not have to worry about returning at 3:00 to check in. We were impressed by how friendly the lady at the desk was. When we returned in the evening, she welcomed us back and told us about the free shuttle bus back to the airport. However, we were surprised that there were no cups provided in the rooms to brush our teeth and if we wanted cups, we’d have to go to the lobby to get them. "

"I usually get anxiety choosing a hotel, because of comfortability and cleanliness. I must say this hotel met and almost exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was cleaned, and smelled great. Everything worked. My only complaint is the location of the only mirrors including the full length mirror was inside of the bathroom. Otherwise everything was great, including the complimentary shuttle to the airport. "
