"The best hotel to stay at in the Miami Beach area by far. Great hospitality and customer service. My husband and I came for a little getaway when we got to the counter, they had gave us a VIP status and upgraded our room to a suite with one bedroom, for being a valuable Expedia member. which was well appreciated. Thank u Fontainebleau."
"For a first time in Miami it was a good introduction into South Beach and the amenities that would be nice to have. First, we did appreciate the pool and fresh towels in addition to sunscreen and aloe Vera available on the pool deck. The proximity of the hotel to the beach and restaurants was excellent and the staff were overall friendly. However, the overall upkeep of the property and rooms were not up to par with many 3-4 star rated hotels. Although the bed sheets were clean and room service came in and refreshed the towels and sheets there were some serious issues with the room. Our first night we noticed small worms in our sink and after notifying the staff who confirmed they were going to handle it, there continued to be worms throughout our stay. Additionally there were small flies that somehow entered the room prior to our arrival. Another thing to note was that after spending much of the days outside we would arrive back at the hotel in the evening to find that room service had still not begun or were not finished cleaning the room; slightly inconvenient. Additionally out of our four day stay, our room was only cleaned twice. There were issues with signage, it was not apparent where or how to access the pools and there were no signs on the property to locate them (even after seeking help from staff it was unclear). Lastly NO beach chairs were provided so be prepared to spend money on that too.
Affordable but I’d spend more money for a better experience + amenities."
"The hotel was very nice. Tho the rooms were outdated they were clean and well maintained. Room service was trustworthy. They do not offer on site parking so valet was very good. It was 50$ per day and 24 hour service huge plus! The coffee the offer in the lobby was never equipped with coffee supplies for use but I just asked and they quickly got it. Over all I would definitely recommend this hotel! I went with my son and one of the latch locks were broken when we realized they quickly moved into another room."
"The hotel is in a great location. The service was good. However they randomly charged my card for something I had not used. On checking they couldn’t furnish any details on what the charge was. Instead of taking it out they kept haggling. Essential my card on file was used without authorization. I was told it was a restaurant charge but they had no receipt or any paperwork to back it. Watch out for unauthorized charges."
"Better advertise their small room, and their small pools. Charge less. Keep up with the maintenance like ac ours barely worked effectively as well as new staff they were awful, didn’t have any respect or sincerity. Their valet was horrible too with attitudes."
