"Everything else was very good. The only problem I had was with the king size bed. This bed had a big dip in the middle. Always before the bed has been so great. Only this time and it took a long while for the air conditioner to cool the room down. I want to say your staff is awesome. Hung has been there the last few time and he has made me feel like home. He has helped me above and beyond. Please make sure you keep him. He is a great asset to your company "

Alex was brilliant, and catered to all our needs. He really made us feel so comfortable here. We booked the Ha Giang loop through Jimmi who was so so helpful, and made the process so seamless. Also, a big thanks to the other staff who ensured we never had to open the door ourselves once! Breakfast is amazing, with so many options to choose from.
