The location is excellent and very convenient, with easy access to the city center, shopping areas, restaurants, and entertainment. The staff are absolutely amazing—so friendly, professional, and welcoming. We always feel warmly welcomed and genuinely cared for every time we stay here. "Best hotel I have ever stayed at in the entire world. Staff is excellent and hotel is beautiful!!! Room service is fantastic! Doormen are a great help. By far the best hotel I have ever stayed at in the entire world and Inhave traveled extensively. I got sick in Vietnam and the hotel even found me a doctor and arranged for a doctors visit too. Best hotel in world"

"I am disabled and am dependent on the use of 2 crutches. The room they put me in did not have easy accessibility to the swimming pool. I could not climb the stairs to access the pool and it was really far and difficult for me to access the old building to reach the pool so I could not fully enjoy my stay. Also, the street noise was something to contend with. The other thing I did not like were the prostitutes at the Legends Sports Bar across the street. I TRAVELED WITH MY young kids so this was awkward to explain. Other than that, it was enjoyable."
