"Great service, defo 5 star treatment, welcoming staff… great breakfast buffet!"

"For us the RIU is always a safe choice, also this time. On the property it is very nice. All the restaurants, the kindness of the staff is good. I think that it is a typical Asian thing that when they think you're done eating they rush your plate away. Same was in Indonesia and Thailand...and I still not get used to it. Entertainment during the day and evening, nothing to get bored. Once you leave that area, for example you leave to go to the beach, you are surrounded by many people who all...

"Good location and nice staffs. Just few steps to the ocean."

"They need to work on the food. Absolutely no options. I know it is a wellness property but do not rry to be officious on random cousines.. if we are travelling to Sri Lanka we want healthy local cousines too."

"Fabulous position near the airport ♥️"

"Amazing location, peaceful views, cool design. Rooms are tired, time to renew them. The staff is super friendly, but some rules make the service are a bit inconvenient (like three restaurants, all of them opening at 7pm! Open one at 5pm, for families, since there are three of them!)"

"We had the executive room on the 15th floor. Fabulous views , especially at night. Fantastic spatious rooms. No complaints. except that the wifi did stop working twice, and had to be reset by the staff. ( without this it would have been the highest score ) When we were there, there was also a summit of armee/government officials of several countries. That resulted in a very safe environment, sometimes there were already 4 security guards on our floor. We enjoyed it and when we visit Colombo...

"We're a New Zealand family of four living in the UAE and stayed for eight nights in mid October. We had a fantastic holiday and would happily return. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the traditional Sri Lankan welcome dance was a lovely touch. All rooms face the ocean. Our spacious rooms had great views of the beach and pools, comfortable beds, good bathrooms and excellent air conditioning. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of variety, fresh fruit, juices, an omelette station, French...

"Beautiful Location. Great Food. Warm people. Some staff need better education, couple of unpleasant incidents happened because of the staff that is not working consumer facing messed up."

"I loved the staff honestly they were super friendly with my daughter and me… My daughter was very comfortable with davinda. She became good friends with the surf instructor Kyle and loved the surfing experience she had with him making it one of the most wonderful experiences she had … The chef was extraordinary there making sure I tried authentic Sri Lankan food … Over all I’m definitely visiting them again when coming to Sri Lanka … The resort was out of this world honestly…"

"Great breakfast. Great food altogether. They were a bit odd about when we could access the beach. It was closed from 12 to 3. Which was weird but other than that a great place."

"Mooie kamer met zeezicht. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Mooie spa, zwembad en fitness. Restaurants zijn top!"
