This is a 4 star facility at best, 3.5 star is a firm rating. Good location in Colombo, helpful staff. hallway carpet needs to be cleaned, along with the bathroom shower and floor areas that was dirty with mold. Food availability was good, tried the breakfast buffet and it was acceptable. I don't think this facility sells alcohol beverages however, did not see a bar or alcohol listed in the menu. Linen and toiletries were good as well.

Excellent hotel in very good location. You can walk to all you need and the staff is above and beyond. I don’t know if the hotel is 5 stars, I would reckon a solid 4, but the service is definitely 5 stars.

Excellent hotel that is not far from Colombo's CBD with an easy tuk-tuk ride to any tourist locations. We found the hotel great value, especially the nightly buffet & breakfast. We ate there each day. The room was spacious, clean & all amenities spot on. Would highly recommend this property.
