"My stay at Jetwing Lagoon was truly exceptional. The manager, Romello Perera and Front Office Manager, Theresa Phyo went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.
Theresa, who helped me with reservations at other Jetwing properties, was amazing. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made planning the rest of my journey in Sri Lanka effortless and enjoyable.
The setting is serene, the service is great - the spirit of hospitality is alive. I would recommend this...
"Als letzte Übernachtungsunterkunft vor unserem Rückflug nach Deutschland haben wir zufällig dieses kleine, tolle Haus gefunden (nur zwei Zimmer).
Perfekt gelegen: die Nähe zum Flughafen (knappe 15 Minuten Fahrt) aber herrlich im Grünen, am Rand von Reisfeldern.
Es ist ein wunderschönes Haus mit vielen Plätzen zum Entspannen (im Garten, auf der Terrasse oder im Haus).
Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen (mit leckerem Saft und erfrischendem Tuch) und haben noch eine sehr interessante Führung...
"Nico ist ein sehr symphatischer Gastgeber und hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Hotel hat sehr geräumige Zimmer und abseits der harten Matratze kann man nicht über fehlenden Komfort klagen. Die Klimaanlage hilft bei heißen Nächten und kann auch für Europäer angenehm hochgeregelt werden. Das Frühstück ist super lecker (besonders die Fruchtplatte) und abends konnten wir ebenfalls äußerst lecker Essen (Chilli-Chicken).

"Amazing hotel. Staff so lovely and helpful, grounds beautiful, fantastic pool and pool area. This was a short stay, arriving in the afternoon for a flight the next morning but could have stayed here much longer. So peaceful, really unlike any airport transit hotel I have ever stayed in. We only had dinner and all had different things but all were delicious. Free transfer to the airport in the morning was exactly at the agreed time. Thank you very much for a perfect last night in Sri Lanka."
"Waterland is a small resort of around 5 individual villas on the banks of a river.
We stayed in Elephant villa which has a small, private pool and decking area. We loved the indoor/ outdoor bathroom with fish!
The area is quiet and great for just sitting and watching the wildlife.
Food is eaten in a small restaurant and although choice is limited, the quality was great.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
Slight downsides...
The resort is really tucked away ,so be sure your taxi driver knows...
