"So beautiful and all of the staff was so helpful."

"What a wonderful stay my second time at this property no complaints definitely recommend it for a friend. You got everything you would need at this resort."

"Having only one working elevator in a sold out upscale resort is unacceptable. Also pricing that was advertised didn’t translate at the resort was hit with additional charges at the shows onsite. Also had issues with resort credits the property is stunning expect to pay astronomical prices for food and drinks onsite."

"The hotel is beautiful and clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. The pool was nice. Breakfast was good."

"Nice hotel to stay near the Conventions Center and Condado. Some of the rooms have a nice view of the bay and Condado. Hotel is located inside a large office and apartment complex so getting to the entrance can be tricky (if you made it to the parking garage without getting lost. There is a bit of a walking distance to the hotel lobby (around 10-15 minutes) from the parking garage). Hotel room is comfortable and with space. The front desk is somewhat slow, so plan ahead if you arrive or leave at...

"Room clean, some imperfections. Shower water doesn’t really get hot. More on the warm side. Didn’t have an iron but a steamer instead. Other than that, it was a cool place to stay at. In the mix of everything"

"The common areas need to be cleaned more frequently. Shampooing the carpets would make a significant difference, as they appear quite dirty. Also, the elevator floors are constantly wet, so please be mindful of that. My only complaint is the overall cleanliness of the common areas. The room itself was clean and comfortable, but the carpets throughout the property definitely need a deep shampoo cleaning. Improving this would make a big difference in the overall guest experience."

"Everything was good nice rooms and breakfast available just that house keeping needs to be patient and let someone answer the door instead of of them just opening the door on there own and coming inside the room while you are present in there"

"Great customer service Kind and amability Great experience"
