"House was a great location. Just beautiful. However, the hammocks were old and rotting, would have loved to use them. Hot tub was not in a location that we felt comfortable using since it was by the driveway. My only other issue with the property is everything from the showers to the main toilet and all the ceiling fans were impossible to reach. Even my son at 6’ had trouble reaching. Definitely recommend longer chains and maybe a stool in the bathroom. "

I arrived late at night and took a shower, and it was killer cold the water. Not use to that. I always use this hotel when I travel thru San Juan and that is the only downside to the stay. "

"Nice location and facilities, 5 minutes walk to the beach. We had a two bedroom villa facing the marina. The bed was very comfortable, the place was quiet. It was well equipped with a dishwasher and washer and dryer. The resort is older, but well maintained. There are stairs in the units that could be problematic for people with mobility issues. "The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. We were left stranded with no where to go when our flight was cancelled due to the winter blizzard in NYC. This hotel was perfect for a clean, spacious “family style” room that slept two adults and 4 teenagers comfortably. Cute pool, comfortable beds, hot water, fridge, dressers, table and the most adorable kitty that our kids loved to feed and snuggle with. "
