"The place was completely unkept. I reserved a room with 2 double beds and of course the AC was broke, so they gave me a room with a King bed and a crappy 5 ft. Fouton. Drunks in the hallway yelling and playing loud music until 2 am. Told the kid at the front desk and turns out they were buddies, he did nothing. If I could give a negative star I would. Stay away from this dump."

"From check in to check out, the staff was amazing. Nothing was too hard for them to give to us. Friendly and so professional! The only thing is, we needed an iron in the room and we didnt have one but that was it. Clean, new, private and very well cooled. Excellent stay!"

"Bad customer service (horrible, it’s through a phone line and no one is near the hotel). . TV controller didn’t worked. Very difficult to understand how to get to the lobby. Place is not secured, any guest can lock the lobby from the inside and you will remain outside until someone comes out. I clearly hear the room outside. The fridges are shared with the whole hotel. "The rooms could have an upgrade, the pool lounge chairs were not easy to find , they need more for the amount of customers that they have, I thought it was a little tacky to have the towel guy renting old lounge chairs for 10 bucks, the area was very clean and beautiful, just a few sugestions"
