The staff were top of the line, from the front desk staff to the housekeeping staff! The restaurants were excellent and the pool was great, especially the view! The location of the Sheraton was perfect too-10 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from Old San Juan, and 10 minutes from Placita Sancurcy. As someone who is always nervous about staying at a new hotel …this was 10/10. I literally have no complaints. Just a heads up , they do require a $100 deposit for each night, so be prepared for that. Otherwise , it was amazing. There is a casino/bar in the hotel. If you like a drink like myself , ask for Adam at the casino bar. He is a top tier bartender. The location of the hotel is perfect , you’re about 15 minutes from the airport , and 8-10 minutes from restaurants and beaches. I definitely will be returning!

My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm and welcoming. The rooms were spotless, the amenities were top-notch, and every staff member went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. It was an amazing experience overall, and I would not hesitate to return for another stay in the future.
