"If you're on a budget, this is a suitable place but if you're looking for a truly luxury all inclusive experience, I would suggest looking elsewhere. The main grounds a well kept and the views a nice but the food variety and options are mediocre. I'm glad I decided to get trip insurance because we needed it: The resort was advertised as a luxury all-inclusive property, however the actual conditions did not meet that standard. The room was visibly dated and not properly cleaned upon arrival....

"Guys, please don't stay there, it was the worst hotel I've stayed at in my life. It took me 4 hours to get there from the airport, when my friend and I arrived at the hotel, the room was dirty, stain on the sheets, and the bathroom was a mess. Although the staff was very sweet, and they changed my room, I didn't have a good time during my stay, the hotel falsely advertises itself as a luxurious resort, however, it is not that!!!"

"This hotel was a nightmare. I arrived at Panama City from Ecuador at 8:30pm, but NO Shuttle was available as they advertised on Expedia, and even worse, there was no one to answer the phone at all. I emailed, texted, and called the hotel right after I received the book confirmation from Expedia and the day BEFORE my arrival because it was my first time to visit Panama. The property NEVER responded, so I had to call Expedia at the airport after my arrival. Long story short, Expedia could NOT...

"Among several options in the city, this hotel was the perfect choice. The location is perfect, close to the mall, short walk to a pharmacy, about 16 minutes drive to Casco Viejo depending on traffic, roughly 20 minutes drive to Tocumen airport. Access to the city via Uber was our preferred method, it is safe and secure. The rooms were spotless, great smell throughout the entire hotel, no mold on the walls. Great view of the city from the room balcony and the pool, amazing spa services and...
