Excellent location - very near to all tourist spots. Excellent restaurants all around the hotel for one to choose from. Breakfast was great too with fresh fruits and omelette daily. Staff is very cordial.

Beautiful historic hotel located in the prime Plaza independencia just across from the Cathedral in Casco Viejo. Wonderful staff, nice breakfasts, Live music in the lobby…just wonderful. I will look forward to my return.

Very well center from casco viejo and everything to walk the property is in good condition and well maintained. Breakfast is very good, the bed and A/C are good. The only thing is the cleaning staff need more training on tightening the room.

Hotel is set in a beautiful square facing the cathedral. Staff all were very helpful. Prices for food and drinks are very reasonable for a hotel. My only complaint was at times the floor drains stunk in the bathroom. We didn’t let this spoil our week and would go back.

Very clean and staff was overall friendly. Great breakfast. Recommend a microwave for leftovers especially with all delicioso food choices around including the own restaurant. Staff said they have one but can lend to customers. Would stay again.

Breakfast is superb, a must have. Attentive staff, perfect location. Rooms facing main square can receive street noise but dies down by 11pm (but you get the best view)
