From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, friendly, and consistently reliable—we truly felt welcomed and well cared for. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Casco Viejo and surrounded by vibrant culture, dining, and history. As solo female travelers, we felt completely safe and at ease throughout our stay, both inside and outside the hotel. The ambience of the hotel is elegant yet inviting, with thoughtful touches that reflect the charm of Panama. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and attention to detail.
