"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The best part is being on Lake Gatun. One morning we used a kayak to paddle a short way into the lake. It is really beautiful and relaxing. We like bird watching, and this is a great spot. The food and drinks were good and fairly priced. The only caution is that this property is on several levels, so there are quite a few stairs to get around. But this resort is so special, the steps were worth it."

"The hotel appears to be just starting operations and is still very incomplete. It is currently under construction. - Facilities and location: The hotel is located in a safe area where you can walk around. However, it is next to a boulevard full of bars, all competing to play the loudest music. Only a few rooms have significantly reduced noise levels. - Room: The beds were very comfortable. There was no hot water, and some basic amenities were missing, such as toiletries and kitchen utensils....

"Although they are getting 5 star rating, don't be easy to sign up. The resort was and is amazing but getting in and out, traveling around was a bit difficult. Other than that they area is gorgeous and the stay is comfortable. This located on the very west point of Panama City, over the Bridge of the Americas whichena you have to time your travel into the city just right."
