The staff was terrible, according to their rules, double reservations is not allowed by the same person, which is something stupid if you want to make reserve a separate room for your kids. I have been traveling for over 20 years and I have never had this issue before at any hotel except this one. It was a total waste of time during check in."

Comida promedio con poca variedad, bar bien surtido y personal amable. Para lo que cuesta una noche deberían hacer renovación de instalaciones y mejorar la comida"

"Resort focused on locals. Some staff don’t even speak English. Rooms are dated with broken furniture. Bathroom with faulty toilets and gunk in the shower glass. Food s not bad but repetitive and boring. Specialty restaurants food is mediocre with premium to visit tepanyaky and steak. Pool music is based on small groups that bring their own boombox and it becomes very noise and annoying. Beach is rough with a step made which can be dangerous for kids specially. We rented a vehicle to go visit...

"We booked the Supreme Room and it was amazing! It had a great view and was very spacious. Upon arrival, the staff was so nice and helpful. They provided us with suggestions on where to go to eat, party and sightsee. They were always available if we had questions too. The location was close to everything we wanted to do, out longest ride was about 18 minutes. I will recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Panama City, we truly enjoy every bit of it."

"Is it the best hotel in the area, no, is it a nice enough hotel where you get what you pay for, absolutely! Would I stay here again, yes. I didn’t get to enjoy the free breakfast but my mom did and she enjoyed it. The biggest draw back is there are no wash cloths and oddly they’re very stingy with the towels they do have. Overall I enjoyed my stay, and would recommend it to others. "

"The spa was amazing so relaxing. The breakfast buffet had an assortment of things to eat but it’s better to get there in the am when the food is fresh. Great room with an amazing view! The kid pool was very dirty though I’m talking about bugs and this whitish film. I hope they also have more amenities such as the club and kids area open up. Seems like still recovering from covid. But overall I would stay again. "

"Me hospedé por 2 noches 3 días y todo excelente, el personal del hotel muy amable, también el trato del persona en la recepción fue de maravilla en especial el joven llamado Paul!, nos dió una habitación en un piso alto y fue una experiencia increíble, la vista que tiene la ciudad de lujo! La habitación muy limpia y todo en buen estado Felicidades por tan buena atención en general!"

"Realmente fue la mayor decepción que he tenido en mis viajes a Panamá, pensé que iba a ser un hotel atractivo en buenas condiciones y con personal atento y resultó ser todo lo contrario. La caja fuerte de la habitación no funcionaba la puerta del inodoro no funcionaba el agua de la regadera, se salía por todos lados y mojaba toda la habitación. Adicional la atención del personal es terrible. De lo peor que he recibido en Panamá. La recepcionista dio un espectáculo de pésima atención a un amigo...
