"Let me tell you! 1000/10. This hotel was nothing less than amazing. Firstly, the staff were always courteous and friendly, helping as much as they can. At certain times, even when there wasnt an item, they went looking for it. The room service was even more affordable than going out to eat and the food was plentiful. Breakfast was great and a lot of variety to choose from. My friend even had a birthday and they surprised us with a cake, a plate of fruits and a letter saying happy birthday. It...

"The property was in a beautiful spot with a gorgeous of the ocean. The water recedes in the day but don’t worry it comes back by the morning. The food is good - good variety. One thing I will point out. Bring your insect repellant. There are microscopic insects (mosquitoes) that come out from 6pm-6am that you will not see or feel when they bite you until the next day when you start to itch the bites. After bite is also a must. Other than that we had the best time! "

"This hotel is one of the best values in all of El Cangrejo! Its location is central to all of the walkable areas and businesses along Via Argentina. Having access to the Power club directly across the street and the 24-hour mini super next door are such great perks! The hotel staff has assisted us with special needs on other occasions without hesitation. The rooms are always very tidy and housekeeping staff does a phenomenal job. We are guaranteed to return many more times!"

Fuimos con una bebé de 10 meses, y desde la llegada nos trataron súper bien, en los tiempos de alimentación los chefs del hotel muy amablemente le preparaban alimentación a la bebé por separado con ciertas indicaciones. Un lugar muy tranquilo y un ambiente súper adecuado a los niños, si vas con niños definitivamente es la mejor opción. 10/10"

"this was the real deal. the food was very good; the breakfast was also outstanding as to taste and big choice. i especially appreciated the AC heat pump, which had heat and cooling. the entire experience left me promising myself that if i ever decided to overnight in Panama City again the Tocumen Crowne Plaza hotel is where i will be staying."
