"Breakfast was amazing. The central air in the room was always low. They need to allow the guests to decide the temperature in the rooms. It was always warm for me. It seemed the towels were always minimal and one had to ask constantly because staff would sometimes leave insufficient towels in the rooms. The hotel in general was great. Always entertaining enough. "

"The hotel has a pleasant overall appearance, and I appreciated the room service, pool, bar area, and spa. However, the staff did not feel warm or welcoming. The room was not cleaned thoroughly, and the toilet was a major issue—it required holding down the flush for a long time, and water splashed across the bathroom. The breakfast was disappointing and not enjoyable. While some amenities were nice, the negatives outweighed the positives. I would rate this hotel 3 out of 5."

"Okay I knew i only did breakfast and not all inclusive but it took forever to get a drink by the pool, someone walked by maybe every 30 minutes. There's really not any activities or shows but met some friendly staff V from water aerobics and C (I think) from Karaoke. Only ordered lunch once but it was tasteless. My thermostat was broken and even after several comaints was not fixed properly so had sleep in socks was beyond freezing. Matenience made it hard to relax by the pool with the loudness...
