"Such a shame it’s a lovely hotel but no air conditioning in the hotel we had a terrible four nights sleep the room was so hot they did provide a fan , no blinds in the bathroom so all the sun shining through making the bedroom even hotter really hope the new owners make some changes"

"The hotel was really lovely. The views were second to none but it was the staff that made the stay . The staff were excellent. So friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The food in The Azure Restaurant was delicious. I would highly recommend the hotel and I would definitely return."

"Alles solide, nur die Matratzen der Betten waren, gelinde gesagt, eine Herausforderung! Außerdem ist es bedenklich, wenn man das Schnarchen aus dem Nachbarzimmer mitbekommt! Das Hotel gibt sich Mühe, den Gästen mit Barbecue, Musik und anderen Aktivitäten, etwas zu bieten. Tolle Lage des Hotels in schöner Umgebung."

"Hotel staff were excellent but the fabric of the hotel left much to be desired. We were made very welcome and staff were most helpful, it's just a pity that some furniture was quite shabby and needs updating. One major problem was the bathroom where taking a shower was potentially dangerous, the baths are difficult to step in and out of due to their design which slopes too steeply."

"Fabulous views over the bay, helpful staff and a pool. Stayed here to celebrate my 70th birthday and thoroughly enjoyed it especially the champagne afternoon tea. I can see why lots of the people we met were repeat visitors, some coming back every year. The walk up the hill is quite steep but worth it when you get there."

"The property was clean & generally well maintained, however it is an older property that would benefit from some updates, such as air conditioning I stayed during a very hot period & although there was a fan in my room it was not adequate, the windows also only open a little The rooms are generally well equipped, however would also benefit from having a small fridge The staff were very friendly & helpful & were always willing to offer information & help when needed The breakfast is very good...

"Immaculate hotel and the staff were always courteous and helpful. Ideally situated for us in the heart of the St Helier, near the marina, bus station and ferry ports. The breakfast was extensive and the evening buffet excellent and good value for residents at £32 per head."

"Sehr gut direkt am Strand gelegenes hübsches Hotel mit Bushaltestelle vor der Tür, um die ganze Insel zu erkunden. Das Hotel ist selbst ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber es ist alles sehr sauber und das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich. Gute Auswahl beim Frühstück und Möglichkeit, dort auch das Abendessen oder einen Drink einzunehmen."
