"I cannot fault anything with the hotel. Staff were very pleasant, helpful and polite. Special mention to Hope at reception who was excellent helping me when I needed help to re-print my boarding pass. The garden area was beautiful, plenty of seating and areas for children to play games, pool areas were very clean. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. The only thing that could be improved, there was only entertainment on Friday night (we only stayed Thursday to Sunday)."

"Everything was excellent, the hotel it’s self was very modern clean and tidy, it’s in a good distance from st Helier and the park and rose garden just at the end of the road are very good. Went to a lovely free concert in the park one evening and had a excellent meal in the park restaurant"

"Very well maintained hotel, met at the foyer for our bags, and helped with bags to the room, after an easy check in. Large room, with a separate bathroom, and all very clean. Exceptional beach viewing location, central to the bay. Staff all very helpful in all areas of the hotel. Clean indoor pool and Spa, with gym. Changing rooms clean and tidy. Dining was taken with the beach view, in a very smart dining room, or glazed terrace. Breakfast was very good, with a great wide ranging...

"The room and the hotel were exceedingly clean and met our needs in every way. The staff were exceptional caring for all our needs, polite, helpful and always available. The food was of a very high standard and the presentation was so inviting. We had dinner in the hotel on a couple of nights and were delighted by the selection and quality. The pool was very inviting but we just too busy to be able to take advantage of this facility. We will definitely return!!"

"I had a very spacious and clean room with a large bathroom and shower. It was a cold weekend and I was able to turn the radiator on which heated up the room quickly. There is a healthy breakfast with unlimited fruit, hot offerings and tea, coffee, juice, pastries. The hotel is on the sea- front and is a 10 minute walk from the centre of St Helier and is on bus- routes. The staff are very professional and polite. I’d stay here again and will recommend it to my friends. "
