"I can’t recommend the Royal Yacht enough. There was a feeling of luxury as soon as we walked in the door but luxury with friendliness and warmth. The staff were great, food fantastic and our room (not one of the most expensive!) was comfortable and warm. The location was central which we wanted as we were without a car so really convenient. "The spa was excellent, i have mobility issues and the pool is down a steep staircase but manageable if you take it carefully. Maggie and Simone gave us fantastic massages and facials and the facilities were great, really relaxing . The hotel itself was wonderful, location perfect, a bit confusing as to where reception is but apart from that it was perfect.
