"Friendly hotel despite being large, the staff were brilliant throughout. The room was clean and can be cleaned every day. It was a family friendly hotel, although I would look at the suitability of Jersey for a young family. The swimming pool facilities were good, indoor / outdoors. Excellent breakfast, dinner paid separately was also excellent. Great location, easy walk into the centre of St Helier. Everything seemed well organised."

"Overall good accommodation considering the building is quite old and has been extended. Lots of stairs up and down corridors. Main entrance to lobby up a flight of stairs. Really not suitable for someone with mobility issues. However the staff were very helpful with our luggage. Not impressed by the restaurant evening meal. "Breakfast was wonderful. Lots of cafes and restaurants close by. Positioned right on the harbour and close to public transport. This B & B has single rooms! The main down side was no lift and had to climb quite a few stairs. A suggestion would be to use a top sheet as the duvet was too hot. Staff were friendly and always helpful."

"The room was clean, the staff were very friendly. It was hot outside so the air conditioning was very welcome. The breakfast was excellent. The only thing to be aware of is that if you have a car the Pomme D'Or does not have its own car park. You have to use the car park of a sister hotel which is a 16 minute walk away."
