One of the nicest Hotels in Jersey

Lovely clean hotel, friendly staff, nice breakfast and comfy beds. second time staying at the hotel and it was still as nice as previous visit. I would definitely stay again over the other hotels in that area.

Fabulous location in the beach. Friendly and professional staff all week. Great family times for using the pool and very good massage. Good breakfast selection every day. Hotel decor is starting to feel tired, large breakfast dining room feels drab with olive/brown colours, paintwork throughout corridors and rooms needs a freshen up and from the outside the metal balcony railings are rusting and don’t look great. Good parking facilities. For location we would come Back and hope to see hotel freshened up soon.

Staff very professional and very friendly. Our room in the west wing, a deluxe double with sea view and balcony was excellent. Lots of options to dine but the food and especially the wine were very expensive. Loved the seafood tasting menu in the Grill restaurant but again pricey. Will return ASAP.

Superb stay at L'Horizon. Location is on the seafront facing a wide expanse of sandy beach. Staff are extremely friendly polite and helpful. Food is lovely and fresh (breakfasts). Spa clean and modern pool and sauna/steam rooms. Rooms well appointed and clean,daily delivery of (free) fresh milk and bottled water appreciated.

Excellent in all areas. Friendly staff and great service. Breakfast choice was amazing. Position and views of the bay lovely. Ideal base to explore island. Bus stop outside hotel if no car. Suits couples.

This hotel goes above & beyond with how helpful the staff are & how excellent it is. It’s in the perfect location, close to everything you’d need in St Brelade’s bay.. or the reception will organise a taxi if needed. The spa inside pool etc is basic but spotless & easy to use. The beach is lovely & they give free daily beach towels & sunbed vouchers. The bedroom was lovely, again spotless & dinner / food at the hotel is amazing! Can’t wait to come again, thank you L’Horizon!

Recharge your batteries @ L'horizon !!

It was the first visit to L'Horizon, although we have visited Jersey for many years... We were very impressed by the really relaxed atmosphere everywhere. Stylish and top quality but a place for every kind of holidaymaker blending together in a peaceful way. The position is wonderful and the breakfasts brilliant !! The quietness was great and the staff all excellent.

Stunning location and amazing staff. Tony the concierge and the clean team were amazing. Felt like a home away from home. Directly on a beautiful beach with a few lovely restaurants near by. Unfortunately no pubs near by, have to head into a town for those or drink at the hotel bar. Spa facilities are great but the sauna is a little dated.

Traditional, older style spa hotel but exceptionally well maintained. Excellent food and service. Great pool and spa facilities. We had a fabulous large family suite and the only small negative was the poor water pressure for the shower. Overall a really great stay.

Really loved the staff they were all so friendly and very helpful and practical. I thought the hotel looked a bit tired and needed modernising with small old fashioned bedrooms but bathroom clean and serviceable. The grill restaurant gave us an excellent meal. Cocktails were great. My Atlantic cod dish was SUPERB!!
