"We had a wonderful time. Rooms are very clean and comfortable bed. Staff was very friendly and polite. Hotel was very clean. Nice location. Near restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again."

"何から何まで素晴らしかったです"

"We loved it"

"Our second year staying at Halepuna. It's a laid back, quiet retreat in bustling Waikiki. Great for couples since it isn't a huge hotel and there aren't so many families. The rooftop pool is on the small side but a fab spot to relax with friendly and helpful staff. We'll definitely be back!"

"My stay at Hyatt Place Waikiki Beach was disappointing. We noticed bugs or ants crawling on the desk in our room. The hotel offered to move us to another room, but the new room did not have balcony access due to ongoing construction. Also, the construction noise was very loud during the day, making it difficult to rest or relax in the room. I appreciate the hotel staff offering a room change, but the issues were not fully resolved. Overall, I was disappointed with the room conditions,...

"The hotel is huge with convenient access to the Ala Moana shopping mall from 2F. Check in was smooth, the room in American standard was pretty good. However, the bathroom was not so clean (there were other customers hair stuck to the shower faucet). The staff were friendly and we otherwise enjoyed our stay."

"Great location close to beaches and restaurants. The staff was extremely helpful in all areas as you navigate your Waikīkī experience. The pool experience was equipped with rooftop pool views and our favorite pool bartender Addy ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️was an amazing she is a super five star hit!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I would definitely recommend staying there again!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"First time at this resort stay was smooth. Excellent service, staff was great, house keeping was great had our roomed cleaned everyday."

"Great people! Great location! Fantastic views!"

"Great location , nice staff"

"Totally reasonable hotel experience. Room was adequate and clean. Staff was friendly. Would stay here again."

"Loved this hotel. Best location. Helpful anccomodating staff. So so happy! Amazing rooms. The only complaint is the price of parking at $55usd plus tax per night is ridiculous and could be the reason we choose elsewhere next time. Also, beach facing rooms are very noisy at night, but I wouldn’t not stay here because of that. It’s a beautiful choice for accommodation if you don’t have a car!"

"My family and I will definitely be back our third stay and more to come."
