"Valet parking was a challenge and they ran out of room nightly. Location on Waikiki Beach is central and convenient. Wooden doors in room were pretty worn down from age. I liked the shopping amenities in the lobby. I don’t think it’s worth the extra money to stay here with the upgrades needed. Alohi’lani was much nicer for less money last time and no hassle with Valet."

"I would highly recommend staying at the Best Western The Plaza Hotel Honolulu Airport - Free Breakfast. The only reason I rated it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I found it a bit dated. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were excellent. I especially enjoyed the option to make a fresh waffle for breakfast. The airport shuttle (the reason I picked this location initially) was very much appreciated. An added plus was a nearby bus stop. I stayed at a different hotel with similar reviews when I arrived in Honolulu and was extremely disappointed, so I was a bit concerned about making a reservation at the Best Western. My experience was the exact opposite ... a clean, spacious, well maintained guest room with large screen TV and individual amenities. I plan to stay here again when I return to Hawaii."

"Sheraton Hotel Waikiki is our stay of choice! As of now, the hotel, the staff, the location and its entirety has been great. Hopefully it continues to remain as such! Pool next to the beach is amazing! Highly recommended!"

"Staff was very helpful, Not a fancy hotel but everything you need to enjoy the beach. One block to beach. All shops right there. They have all beach toys you might ever need. Great coffee bar. They have all only down side was the kaoreoke bar was right below my room so they provided me with earplugs."
