"If you like access to Waikiki, but don’t want to be in the middle of it all this is a great place to stay. Easy walking to parks and beaches and you’re within a mile of many good restaurants. We thought the room rates were very reasonable for Ocean view of the harbor."

"The hotel was just fine for what we needed - somewhere close to the airport for our late night arrival. The room was clean and quiet. Only downside is that breakfast was packed at 7am - hard to find seating and a line for the food. It wasn’t a long wait just something to be aware of. Overall, it met our needs and we would stay again if we had a late night arrival. "

"The staff were wonderful, very helpful. The furniture in the lobby is shabby and needs replacing. The breakfast area is always busy and there aren't always seats available to eat. The food is decent, not a huge choice, but not bad. The location is also great. One block from the tour bus stop. One block from the beach. And lots of shopping and food nearby. The HVAC unit in the room was very quiet and worked well. And the shower was awesome."

"Good hotel near a lot of stores and restaurants. Beach is a block away. Had issues with our room, hot water was scorching hot and we needed to change rooms on our second day due to a broken hot water valve in the shower. Quite noisy on other nights. "

"The bathroom sink is not draining well and there’s also a cockroach in the bathroom. Some receptionists are not welcoming. The shuttle drivers are very nice, friendly and helpful."
