"the property was nice . the staff at the front desk was also very helpful and nice but the staff in the food court was rude. and act as if we as the guests could not ask a question. Didn’t appreciate that because we spent our hard working money to be comfortable "

"Beautiful property that’s clearly well cared for—everything felt clean, fresh, and inviting from the moment we arrived. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile or a quick assist.
The snorkeling was a highlight—crystal-clear water and plenty to see just steps away. Having the pools, hot tub, and ocean all in one place made it easy to relax or switch things up throughout the day without going far.

"The pool wasn’t as clean as id like to see it when spending so much money. On two separate occasions there was a questionable substance floating in the pool and around the pool swim up bar. Might’ve been throw up but it was definitely unsanitary leaving me and my family feel underwhelmed. "

"The staff at this property was the BEST I have ever experienced. The property was horrific. I saw multiple roaches in my room. I went and told the manager and the upgraded me to an ocean view on the beach room were the door had a large crack in it and I was bitten by mosquitoes all night long. I attempted to contact Hyatt's corporate office which they didn't take down my number or email and we hot disconnected. When I called back they said I never called in to that number.
