"Staff!"

"Everything was perfect about this trip. Clean room, friendly and kind staff, nice big pool! Rooms had AC. I went with my parents and u fortunately I had to sleep on a cot, there wasn’t a twin bed which sucked. Only negative is that there weren’t any excursions or activities to do at the resort (paddle boarding, jet ski, etc) only kayaking and snorkeling. The resort didn’t have many activities to participate in."

"The pool was small the food was not that great Botalino in El Mari was really good. Dreams buffet was not hygienic. Flies birds picking on the food😒 House keeping was sooooo poor!! I had to ask for water robe no slippers. They didn’t change sheets didn’t clean bathroom."

"Property is maybe 20 minutes from the airport - well kept property, clean and well appointed - staff friendly and helpful when needed. Only gripe I had was my rooms ac just wasn’t doing it for me - usually I’d want to feel frosty and want to turn it down a notch… found myself sweating at moments in the room more noticeable in the evening - other than that, great stay - I do recommend it - beach was well kept as well"

"We had an incredible stay at Landhuis Francia! The space looks exactly like the pictures - clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The room was very nice, bed was comfortable, and the spacious kitchen and living room and the outdoor patio were a huge bonus. The location of the property is unbeatable super close to the Ring Road (de ringweg) of Curacao. "The resort was clean, but that's the only positive thing I can say. The staff were rude, getting drinks was difficult, and dinner reservations were almost impossible to get. The food was so bad that we left the resort to eat several times, even though we paid for an all-inclusive stay. Pool chairs were hard to find, and you had to pay extra for shaded beach chairs, which should have been included. The towel system was also frustrating, and fresh towels were difficult to get. "It was a really nice resort it had a private beach. The water was so clear you can see the fishes. The room was very spacious. There was a hot tub and 2 pools. The hotel was very close to other beaches in the area. Mambo Beach was like 10 -15 mins walking. And there are restaurants and other resorts near by. They have an aquarium too."

"Was a nice stay for the first time & this hotel. However my only issus was the following: No heaters in the room for pressing clothing, no USB or plugs for charging cells or laptops. We had to purchase plugs @ the front desk for 6.00 US . Also found check-out can be 12.00 pm and not 11.00 pm. Other than that i enjoyed!"
