"The five nights I stayed at this hotel three out of the five days I had to call for housekeeping. This was very frustrating, and one day I requested an iron and ironing board and they never bought it to my room."

"Is not beach front, when you want to go they pick you in a golf cart short distance 5 minutes. The restaurant à la cart is limited and the same menu every day. They don’t have a buffet serving for lunch like other all inclusive. Bar is good. Room was clean. Air conditioning was a problem it broke a couple of times and I needed to relocate to a different room"

"My wife and I have been traveling to Curcauo now for 6 years straight now and we have found that this place for us is a hidden gem. From arrival to departure the staff were always on point. Our little private beach was amazing with tons of fish privacy. A 5 minute walk to Mambo Beach where there is enough to do from live music to great food. We will most definitely be returning back ASAP."

"The resort was really nice. I enjoyed my stay. Only thing was the food was OK. I would recommend definitely going out for dinner. Certain restaurants on the resort were not good but the overall experience was amazing. Housekeeping was so helpful and the staff was really fun. They had lots of activities during the week for the little ones and for the adults."

"We spent six nights at the hotel, but our room was only cleaned properly during the first two days. The floor was sticky and greasy, and it wasn't mopped once during our stay. The food was repetitive and lacked variety, and most of the time, it was even poorly cooked. The staff was okay, but they didn't go out of their way to be friendly or helpful. However, what really bothered me was the bartender serving alcohol to employees who were driving a golf cart around the property. It seemed like a...

"A wonderful property on a gated cul-de-sac, beautiful bay, relaxing atmosphere, restaurants, quiet, golf course nearby. I loved it!"

"The location of the property was ideal and having easy beach access was great. We enjoyed Mamdo Beach. The cafe in the hotel was a wonderful place for breakfast or lunch. Our room was very large and the bed was very comfortable. The view could have been better but we really didn’t spend much time in the room except to sleep. They need more parking. If parking is full and most nights it was we had to park next door and pay but the hotel did reimburse us."

"My only issue with the resort was, there were no vending options. Candy bar, chips, soda pop, all totally non-existent. And if u found a restaurant, that offered soda pop, going price was $4 per can minimum. Best best for vending options is to find your way to the nearest grocery store (Centrum), and get those items there."
