"The pool was small the food was not that great Botalino in El Mari was really good. Dreams buffet was not hygienic. Flies birds picking on the food😒 House keeping was sooooo poor!! I had to ask for water robe no slippers. They didn’t change sheets didn’t clean bathroom."

"Just don’t book book this hotel unless you want to be disappointed. The snorkel g is decent and some staff were ok. Odds are you won’t get what you pay for when you book. We were robbed of our ocean front room. Had to change rooms 3 times over 2 days to get working AC. Most people we spoke with didn’t have working AC in their rooms and had to use fans which helped but rooms stayed in the high 80’s anyway. Food was terrible at buffet and restaurants. "I stayed here for 5 nights and, unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The rooms are outdated and have a strong musty smell from humidity. The dehumidifier leaked a significant amount of water onto the floor, making it slippery. My daughter fell because of this, which was very concerning. "Was a nice stay for the first time & this hotel. However my only issus was the following: No heaters in the room for pressing clothing, no USB or plugs for charging cells or laptops. We had to purchase plugs @ the front desk for 6.00 US . Also found check-out can be 12.00 pm and not 11.00 pm. Other than that i enjoyed!"

"We had an incredible stay at Landhuis Francia! The space looks exactly like the pictures - clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The room was very nice, bed was comfortable, and the spacious kitchen and living room and the outdoor patio were a huge bonus.
