"The property is located in downtown Curacao within walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and entertainment. One of the amenities I wish the room would have is a microwave. Otherwise the room is pretty standard for an oceanfront and patio. It overlooks the ocean and shops across from the hotel. We can’t wait to return soon."

"Rooms are horrible tubs are chipping and I had the preferred club which means top shelf drinks . First let me start off saying the food was nasty as hell, in the morning for breakfast & lunch can’t enjoy your food. There are flies everywhere & birds disgusting . When you get up to get a drink you have to cover the plate with napkins. I wouldn’t recommend coming here at all . "Well kept property in a faboulous location. Pristine waters and great beach. Food was generally very good at the buffet. Specialty restaurants good, except the Italian. Staff very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping kept our room very clean, however getting required towels seemed to be a challenge. On the opposite, beach towels were plenty and you could take more than one per person. One real negative was the docking of an huge oil tanker that blocked the view to the ocean. "The property is on a Central location which was plus but very noisy with Club Cascada which is very busy makes it not very comfortable with the noise and business. Restaurants on property very busy as well. Room was clean but toilet was broken, water marks on bathroom counter. Bed comfortable which was a plus. Little encounter with staff. "We stayed at the SUBI club level room and it was beautiful. These rooms are located slightly off the main area and are generally more quiet. We had a room with walk out patio and tranquility tub. Although beautiful we never used the patio and only used the tub once. I don't think I would go that route for our next trip. THERE WILL DEFINITELY be another trip in the future. WE loved it"
