A plesant stay for a short trip! Stayed for 4 days and 3 nights, and it was very comfortable the entire time. The bed was very plush, and the location is terrific! The hotel is directly across from excellent restaurants, lots of shopping, and in the heart of downtown Willemstad.

I loved everything. Great location. Easy access to restaurants, shopping, transportion and located in the town by the floating bridge, so the walk from Punda to Otrobanda is a plus

Our stay was surprisingly pleasant. The property is not the newest but it's well maintained. Good for folks who explores the city and go to the hotelto rest and sleep. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Central location. Close to Queen Emma Bridge, Curacao sign, Floating Market, Mambo Beach and restaurants.

Great location and driendly staff. Room was clean but spartan. Hotel exterior was under renovation and interior appeared to have been renovated. Good value!

It is in the Centre of Willemstad, very convenient to walk everywhere. The rooms are relatively big. It is an old building considering all the buildings in Willemstad.

Location was perfect. The morning receptionist behaved aggressively towards us, while the afternoon receptionist was very friendly. Our room on the second floor had an unpleasant musty smell, due to water leaking from pipes.

The ladies at the front desk were incredible. They assisted me with transportation and dining options. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone. I was on a solo trip, and everything was within walking distance from this hotel. There we construction going on but it did not bother me at all.

Almost everything was really nice. The things we didn't like were that the restaurant inside the hotel was closed, and that there were reparations being made a in the 5th and 6th floor, which caused noise

The place is conveniently located, the staff was friendly. There are peddlers pushing drugs outside and hanging out in the alley. There was water leaking out of the pipes on the ceiling outside the rooms. Loud music plays for a few hours at night making it hard to relax and unwind. Wifi was spotty at times.

My family stayed 1 night before we checked in to the resort, the room for 3 was immaculate, my daughter's first time here, she fell in love with the place, small.but well laid out. We all slept like a baby,lol. The downside was nomore hotel breakfast which we looked forward to but there was a bistro outside of SanMarco. The rooms should have a mini fridge and kettle like they used to...i qould highly recommend the stay especially on a budget.

I will start off by saying that the staff there are excellent, very helpful, pleasant, friendly and patient, multilingual. Now, the property itself. The hotel can use a makeover. The room I was almost Hostel in appearance. There was nothing pleasant in the room, at all. No pictures, nothing but bare, white walls, beds were rock hard. There were only two lights, one in the bathroom and a ceiling light in the room. There were no lamps or lights near the beds. Only two outlets in the room, with one near one of the beds (twin beds) and one near the TV. . But the most astonishing thing was that there was NO HOT WATER from the Bathroom sink, only cold. In fact, no water PERIOD from the faucet that should have had hot water. When I mentioned that to the front desk, I was told that this hotel, like some others in the area do not have that. Of course, I did not think that was accurate, but I never traveled to Curacao so maybe it is? Since everyone was so nice, I did choose not to make an issue of it. I just washed my hands by sticking my hands in the shower, inconvenient, yes, but you often get what you pay for. I would return to this hotel only if I absolutely had to only because of its central location and the staff. All in all, it was an experience. :-)
