"Beautiful property, staff at restaurants excellent, beach bar very friendly and helpful. Lobby, and front desk not as attentive. I unloaded my own luggage from my rental, brought my own luggage up after waiting over an hour, and additional towels never came. Overall it was a great experience and would come back. Aware some times are challenging but arrival is critical in hospitality. "

"The Mood restaurant was beautiful, loved the pools, iguanas, and the balcony! The location was great, being on a calm beach and next to Mambo Beach gave us a lot of options to eat. The massages were great! Just wish there was a little more privacy. The only “real”negative was the bathroom toilet smelled like sewage but when we opened the window it was fine. "
