โรงแรมและที่พักในหมู่เกาะคานารี

"Overall we were pleased with to hotel. The staff were fabulous. We did the half board, breakfast only. So many options to choose. We had one problem that was never resolved, the air conditioning. Unfortunately we had to ask for a fan to cool our room."

"Not a 5 star hotel and the room although it was very big and nice, was dirty, particularly the bathroom. The pools are old and quite small, if you want to go to the beach you need to walk 25mins. There isn’t good coffee around and nothing to do. I don’t recommend it at all."

"Viaggiato in due a Ottobre, resort veramente bello, struttura molto pulita e personale molto disponibile. L’hotel è situato difronte alla stupenda spiaggia con mare cristallino. Buono il buffet colazione, pranzo e cena anche se un po troppo ripetitivo ovvero sempre le stesse cose. Le camere purtroppo sono datate ma molto pulite. Unica cosa negativa odore di fogna che si sentiva nella zona piscine ."

"The hotel is an amazing building itself. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. They are always prompt to help at any time. The room was well cleaned and the service was excellent. We had a balcony in our room that had a garden view and we sat down every night to look at the stars. The breakfast options were vast, even for me who is coeliac. They were very helpful in providing anything that I had requested and I was super impressed as being a gluten free you always are on downside of...

"Beautiful stay"

"It was nice and pleasant, it did what it said on the tin, it was nice. I would suggest a good 3 star resort, or an okay 4 star resort. No real issues apart from the lift breaking down a couple of times and a room clean that could have been better. The question is would I go back? If it was at the right price and I was on a budget then yes I would be happy to return."

"Stayed in this hotel six times now. The rooms are a good size, very clean. The swimming pool has several sun loungers and the pool is big. The gardens are lovely to sit in. All staff are very friendly and polite. Will most likely return again. Only complaint is no English channels on tv. There are German, Sustrian etc."

"♥️"

"Amazing Hotel and we will visit again"

"Staff are all quite friendly and helpful. After a couple days they often know you by name, remembered our drink order, etc. The hotel itself is nice. Good: responsive staff especially in the lobby bar. Bad: shower in our room poured water all over the bathroom even with the door sealed shut. It was like this every single day. Minibar options were minimal; always stocked with mixed nuts though we have a nut allergy there were no other options. Only one restaurant to eat at which got boring very...
