"Overall an OK-ish stay. Check-In After completing the online check-in request including passport details we were surprised it took 25 minutes to be checked in, after being sat down in the lobby and promised a welcome drink that never arrived. The Room Pretty nice room, complimentary water and coffee pods. Excellent. However when they didn't get replenished we were told they were a 'welcome gift' and I would have to pay for more from room service. I admit, I've never encountered this before from a 5 star hotel that costed over €300 a night!! Housekeeping Very unfriendly housekeeping staff that were angry that I needed the room making up so I could get back in there for an online business meeting. Additionally my partner's clothes on the bed were swept up and gone with the bedding change. Business Centre/places to work. I saw a nice business centre room I was told I couldn't use by reception. Alternative was the lobby which was comfortable, well until the loud piped music started. View An industrial roof, not a sea view. Breakfast Pretty good, though limited apart from the egg station, which was excellent "

"Hotel Catalina was perfect for our one night stay. The beds were super comfortable and the hotel is convenient for the bus station and also for many restaurants nearby."
